Little Jenny from GG

Does anyone know if the actress who plays Jenny on Gossip Girl is also in a band? I swear this chick is her (sorry my blackberry sucks at pictures. Buy me an iphone if you have a problem with it). Lead singer of Pretty Reckless?
I'm tempted to call her mom. She's wearing a neglige and black underwears but she rocks!

Next time I read a blog, I hope that it doesn't fail me as much as this one. After all, Yes, it was my choice to read, but I genuinely believed you would have something useful to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of moaning about something you could possibly fix if you weren't too busy looking for attention.
