Cookies for Breakfast

Just another way I'm going to stick it to the man. Tomorrow I might be turning 27, but I refuse to acknowledge I have to start acting like an adult.

I'm 32 and I still don't want to admit I'm an adult so eat a cookie or 2 or 10 and enjoy it!!

This stems from the convos me and the roomie have been having about getting older and deciding what we want to do with the rest of our lives, where we want to live, blah blah blah. We decided we shouldn't be eating candy for breakfast.

Being an adult means you can eat whatever the hell you want when you want. Isn't this what you were waiting for when you just wanted cake for dinner as a kid?

A responsible healthy adult does not eat cookies for breakfast or cake for dinner, BF.

Hey! I don't know if it's too late to participate in the V-Day swap but you can head to Ashley's blog (the link is in my post) and ask her! She might be able to squeeze you in! =)

But what kind of cookies were they? Oatmeal raisin is almost screaming to be eaten for breakfast. Choc chip is a little more stick-it-to-the-manish though.

They WERE Oatmeal. Chewy Chips Ahoy Oatmeal (chocolate chips instead of raisins). It was insanity at the grocery last night. I had never heard of them before and they are amazing.

Adults do all sorts of strange things. And a few cookies are better than eating an egg mcmuffin with fried hashbrown wedge things with a sugar-loaded oj.

Wait a second ... he gets to be the BF on here? I don't know how I feel about this. I want to be 'The GBF2' now.

And the fact that you are eating cookies for breakfast proves your an adult. When I am a parent, I won't allow that. The again, I think Donna would have let you do it anyway...

That was all him. I had nothing to do with that! You can be whatever you want, hunnie- Isn't that what adults tell little kids?

Donna definitely let me do it anyway. haha. God, I was spoiled.
