Blast from the past

I had these exact shoes (except they were pink suede. Even cooler IMHO) when I was 12. Converse never seem to go out of style. I think I'm going to put them on my list of things that will still remain after the end of the world (you know, like cockroaches and glitter. Glitter? Ever tried getting rid of glitter?)
Yes, I have made my way to the Bronx Target and I have no idea where the B7 bus is supposed to pick my ass up and transport me back to Manhattan.

Damn girl, you went into the Bronx just to go to Target? With all the damn stores under the sun in Manhattan, you go to Target. That's kinda funny!

Justine :o )
P.S. Hope you've found your way home by now, as Target closed 30 minutes ago!

I live in Washington Heights in Manhattan, which is pretty much the farthest point in Manhattan. A lot of people have no idea the island goes up that far. So, It's not a big deal. If I were to go to the one in Brooklyn, THAT would be a big deal. There is no Target in Manhattan, only a Kmart and I'm from suburbia! There are a lot of things you take for granted, trust me!!

And I found my way home, thank goodness. It was getting close to dark. lol.

OMG!!! There is glitter in the bathroom drawers of my new house that has probably been here since the early 80's!!!!! That shit is IMPOSSIBLE to clean up, even my famous "never lose suction" Dyson just laughs at me when I try to clean that shit out. What the hell, right?

Oh, and Converse... ha..ha.ha.. But hey, at least they are pink. Props for that.

Oh, and around her it's pronounced "Tar-jaay" thank you very much. :)

I think I just decided what I am going to tell my parents to buy me for my Birthday ... Pink Cons from Target.

The real gift will be the expression on their faces...
